FLYTOX
From November 9 to 28, 2021, the AVM Gallery is exhibiting, as the first part of a series of three exhibitions dedicated to urban art, a graffiti figure, FLYTOX, who also enjoys a solid reputation under other names — Ed Moss, Edward Mosquito.
Unlike many other urban art figures, Flytox moved from the studio to the street. The highly graphic nature of his creations, whether collages or drawings, captivates with their dynamism, a speed of execution typical of the street, supported by a solid aesthetic quality.
He returns to the gallery, but in a freestyle mode, customizing the furniture and some of the architectural elements of the place and intervening several times during the three weeks of the exhibition to change the decor and the hanging and thus rediscover the urban spirit of the ephemeral.
This exhibition marks the artist's return to the art scene and is sure to attract the attention of art lovers and collectors.
Invited by Flytox to participate in the exhibition, Fleur de Montmartre, a ceramist, will echo Flytox's work, with works created especially for the event and will bring a touch of her own poetry.
